Installer Assistance & Support
The Association will assist their members with any complaints and/or conflicts, which are made against them by a client in a professional and unbiased manner.
The Association will assist members with the following services:
- - Developing a QMS (Quality Management System) for members
- - Dealing with client complaints
- - Dealing with installer complaints
- - Performing mediation duties between client and installer should there be a dispute
- - Ensuring that a dispute is resolved amicably and fairly
The Association also offers it members support as follows:
