Installer Assistance & Support

The Association will assist their members with any complaints and/or conflicts, which are made against them by a client in a professional and unbiased manner.

 

The Association will assist members with the following services:


  • - Developing a QMS (Quality Management System) for members
  • - Dealing with client complaints
  • - Dealing with installer complaints
  • - Performing mediation duties between client and installer should there be a dispute
  • - Ensuring that a dispute is resolved amicably and fairly
 

The Association also offers it members support as follows:

·      Consultation on installations

·      Technical Support

·      Troubleshooting

·      Telephonic support 

·      On Site support
