I hereby declare, that the information supplied by the authorised applicant, is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I have read and understand the Association Constitution of the South African Electric Fence Installers Association. (SAEFIA). On acceptance and signature of Application Membership Form, at the domicilum citandi et executandi address for all purpose accepts renew our authorisation and becomes bound to the Association Agreement.

  • - Certified copy of Department of Labour EFSI Registration certificate
  • - Certified copy of ID Document
  • - Proof of Trading Address
